WHERE CARE
MEETS
SYSTEMS

I'm a Central Valley–based health IT leader working at the intersection of clinical care, data, and technology. For the better part of a decade I've led the systems behind Fresno County's Department of Behavioral Health — the EHR clinicians document in, the reporting leaders decide with, and the IT services staff rely on every day.

My work is heavy-lift by nature: end-to-end implementations and migrations of enterprise platforms — electronic health records, business intelligence, telehealth, IT service management — delivered without disrupting care. I bring order to complex, high-stakes environments, and I build the teams and processes that make the results last.

Before health IT, I spent years in public service and advocacy — representing 240,000 university students, advancing supplier-diversity policy, and serving on the board of a nonprofit that's reinvested millions into the Central Valley. That same public-good instinct drives how I approach systems today.
